TCML-Play Mandarin’s 2025 Dragon Boat Festival & Adult Program Launch in London

TCML-Play Mandarin School will host its 2025 Dragon Boat Festival Family Fair × Adult Program Launch on 31 May (Hammersmith) and 1 June (Wimbledon). With interactive cultural experiences, food, games, and a new adult Mandarin learning zone, the event celebrates traditions while expanding language learning across all ages.

On the day, the festival will feature a lively and interactive Dragon Boat Festival-themed play, as well as hands-on zongzi (rice dumpling) wrapping and fragrant sachet-making activities. There will also be a children’s games zone, a cultural experience corner, book and handmade craft stalls, a Taiwanese-style food market, and the debut of the Adult Mandarin Learning Zone — all of which highlight the diversity and depth of Mandarin education. The organisers noted that beyond celebrating tradition, the event seeks to create meaningful learning experiences and foster a stronger sense of community.

Booth registration is now complete, and full event details will be shared with vendors by 20 May. The event welcomes families, local residents, and Mandarin learners of all backgrounds to join in a vibrant celebration of culture and community.
