TCML Osaka Bentencho Taiwanese Mandarin Language Center to Participate in the Takaishi Civic Art Festival Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Takaishi City
On the day of the event, we will introduce Mandarin and offer hands-on cultural activities, including traditional Taiwanese paper-cutting and glove puppetry experiences. We will also present Mandarin learning materials and information about our courses at the venue.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy Taiwanese culture while becoming more familiar with Mandarin.
On November 1, 2026, TCML - Osaka Bentencho will participate in the “Takaishi Civic Art Festival,” held to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Takaishi City’s establishment as a municipality.
The Takaishi Civic Art Festival is organized to celebrate this important milestone in the city’s history. Through cultural and artistic activities, the event aims to bring residents together, encourage交流, and provide opportunities for everyone to enjoy the unique charm of their city.
To help visitors become more familiar with Mandarin and Taiwanese culture, TCML - Osaka Bentencho will offer a variety of hands-on cultural activities, including traditional Taiwanese paper-cutting and glove puppetry experiences, where visitors can try operating the puppets themselves.
Rather than simply introducing Taiwanese culture, we place great importance on allowing participants to experience the Mandarin used in Taiwan and traditional characters firsthand through these activities. Our goal is to turn their interest in Taiwanese culture into a desire to learn Mandarin.
At the venue, we will also introduce Mandarin learning materials and provide information about courses offered by TCML - Osaka Bentencho. We hope to create opportunities for people who enjoy traveling to Taiwan, are interested in Taiwanese culture, or have never studied Mandarin before to discover the language.
Beyond classroom teaching, TCML - Osaka Bentencho continues to expand its activities into local community events and public spaces throughout Japan, sharing Mandarin and Taiwanese culture with the wider community.
Through this special occasion marking the 60th anniversary of Takaishi City, we hope to introduce Mandarin and Taiwanese culture to more local residents and create a memorable day filled with new connections, cultural exchange, and learning.

当日は、台湾華語の紹介とともに、台湾の切り紙や布袋戯の操偶体験など、実際に台湾文化に触れられる企画を予定しています。会場では台湾華語の教材や講座情報も紹介します。
台湾文化を楽しみながら、台湾華語をより身近に感じてもらえる機会を届けます。
2026年11月1日、TCML大阪弁天町台湾華語教室は、高石市制60周年を記念して開催される「高石市民の芸術祭 Takaishi Civic Art Festival」に参加します。「高石市民の芸術祭」は、高石市制60周年という節目に、文化や芸術などを通して市民が交流し、まちの魅力を楽しむイベントとして開催されます。
TCML大阪弁天町台湾華語教室では、台湾華語と台湾文化をより身近に感じてもらうため、台湾の切り紙や布袋戯の操偶体験など、来場者が実際に参加できる文化体験を予定しています。
単に台湾文化を紹介するだけではなく、体験の中で台湾で使われている華語や繁体字にも触れてもらい、「台湾文化への興味」を「台湾華語を学んでみたい」という気持ちにつなげることを大切にしています。
会場では、台湾華語の教材やTCML大阪弁天町の講座情報も紹介し、台湾旅行が好きな方、台湾文化に興味がある方、これまで台湾華語を学んだことがない方にも、台湾華語を知ってもらうきっかけを届けます。
TCML大阪弁天町台湾華語教室では、教室の中での授業だけでなく、日本の地域イベントや公共の場にも活動の場を広げ、台湾華語と台湾文化を地域社会の中で紹介する取り組みを続けています。 高石市制60周年という特別な機会を通して、多くの地域の皆さんに台湾華語と台湾文化に触れてもらい、新たな交流や学びにつながる一日を目指します。
